Who's Up — Support
Contact us
Email bestday@bestdayfitness.com and we'll get back to you, usually within 1–2 business days.
When you write in, it helps to include the phone number you signed up with and a short description of what's happening (and your device + iOS/Android version if it's a bug).
What is Who's Up?
Who's Up lets you see which of your close friends are awake right now — without texting them first. Tap "I'm Up" and your chosen friends get a quiet, silent notification that you're around. It's for the friends you already have, not for meeting strangers.
Frequently asked questions
How do I add friends?
Add friends by phone number from inside the app. Your contacts are matched privately using cryptographic hashing — we never store your contacts in raw form.
Why didn't my friend get notified?
Two common reasons: they have notifications turned off for Who's Up in their device settings, or they're inside their quiet hours. You can check and adjust quiet hours under the Settings tab.
How do I set or clear my quiet hours?
Open the Settings tab → Quiet hours. Set a "From" and "To" time, or clear them so you're always notified.
How do I block someone?
Blocked users appear under Settings → Blocked users, where you can also unblock them.
Deleting your account
You can delete your Who's Up account — and the personal data tied to it — at any time.
Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open Who's Up on your phone.
- Go to the Settings tab.
- Scroll to the Danger zone and tap Delete my account.
- Confirm. Your account and all associated data are removed immediately.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can't access the app (lost phone, uninstalled, etc.), email bestday@bestdayfitness.com from the phone number or email tied to your account, or include enough information for us to identify it. We respond within 5 business days and delete the account within 30 days.
For the full list of what gets deleted and what we may briefly retain for legal or anti-abuse reasons, see Delete your account.
